Epsom Salt is a magnesium sulphate compound. This salt when absorbed through the skin boosts the amount of magnesium and this in turn helps to reduce inflammation and swelling.
- Take 2-3 spoons of the Foot Soak in a bucket of ankle length warm/hot water.
- Let the salts melt and soak your feet in the bucket.
- Once the water is cool (approx 15 mins), use a foot scrubber/pumice stone to scrub off the dead skin from your feet.
- Follow up with a light moisturizer and wear socks to let the goodness seep in.
