REFUND POLICY

At Bliscent, we want to make you happy with our products because you are special. If something is not right, please email us at info@bliscent.com and we will do our very best to fix it. 

Kindly note:

- We are unable to refund products once purchased.

- Refunds shall be initiated only if the delivered product is not as per the order placed.

- Shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

- We do not accept returns of opened merchandise. 

- We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
